Happy Fourth to you. I am dreading this evening with all of the noise why can't humans just be happy sniffing, digging and playing?

I figure we will have another week of this noise before the fireworks are all used up...grrrr. I hate them.

I call it Boom Day. We're having a big cookout, but Mom's going to put us in the house when all the booms start in the neighborhood. Keep your ears covered!

Same to you! Hope it is a great one and you aren't too scared of the loud fireworks!

Mom has lived places where laws are they can't leave the ground when you do them at home. Much safer -- and quieter for us.

It used to be like that Indiana until last year. You were allowed to buy them, but you had to sign a paper saying you wouldn't let them off. (Yeah, right.) Anyway, it's illegal in my apartment complex, but does that stop anyone?

Red is for love
White for the law
and Blue is for the hope

Love and Happy Independence Day to everyone!! We are turning on the air, closing all the doors and windows, and watching Rascal Flatts on the Boston Pops tonight. :)

Happy 4th of July, Nemo. Mama's working....no holiday here.

Happy 4th to all. The boom booms didn't seem to bother us last night, so maybe tonight will be the same. Momma is still recouperating from yesterday, and yes, she does look funny, but one good thing, she says that if we're good, we'll get some of her ice cream....yay.
