going downtown for fireworks?

CeeCee is too afraid of the loud booms (still a scaredy girl). I'm not afraid. I just bark at them. I don't think we will be going. We are just happy that Mommy will be home that day!! She is going to clean our room and make some more space for Mimi and Mimi's new bed and toys. I can't wait!!! xoxo FiFi

If Pa-Pa (grandpa) and mom go together, he always lets me come along. I got to go last time but I don't know what they're doing this year. Hopefuly we can go again! ^_^

We're going to Michigan which means I get to SWIM!!!! I swam for the first time in June and now, i can't get enough. it is so much fun - I love playing fetch with my tennis ball in the lake AND I can dig and dig in the sand and no one tells me to stop!

Mom says I get to go to the lake to see how I do in a canoe. What's a canoe? Sheila says its fun, but you can't always believe her. Mom says if I like it, we may get one we cal all fit into. Wish me luck!

I guess me, Francie Pants and Penny will be home with Mom's niece Melissa. Mom's going to Dale Hollow for the long weekend on something called a houseboat. Sure wish I could go!

My mama is working nights all through the holiday weekend and she's got a cold....this all equals GRUMPY! Shhhh, don't tell her I said that.

WOW you mean they take you down all day and night during the fireworks?

No we watch them from the car. we drive to a spot and we can see them from there. I sit on mom's lap and watch them. They're really pretty! ^_^

Oh mom and some friends are gonna be in the field by the museum and theater to watch the fireworks! Your mom should so bring you down so my mom can see you.

That would be cool but I don't know what we're doing yet. Mom doesn't even know if we're going or not =(
