Crazy commercial

Okay, so there is this new commercial that comes on NBC every night. I think it must come on at the same time too. I will be in a deep sleep and all of a sudden this dog comes on and starts chasing it's tail. It freaks me out to no end! I kid you not, I wake up and start barking like someone is breaking in the house or something!

Then I wake Mom up. I try to tell her not to fall asleep with the tv on or this is what happens. I wonder why I wake up and do this! Maybe I think I can catch that dog's tail for him? Anyway, does anyone know what that commercial is even for?!
