Wysong Food

CatHerder on Nutrition - Fri, June 20 2008

Anyone feed this? Anyplace local that sells it? I couldn't find a "where to buy" on their website.

I saw they have dental treats and just ordered a small package... it was more $$ to ship than the actual product. Ouch! At least if the varmits like it, I can order in bulk and save some on shipping.

Also requested some samples... figured what the heck!

I don't feed, but it's a wonderful food. The creator knows his stuff and I agree with many of his philosophies. I found the locator, too (http://www.wysong.net/us.shtml). Looks like there's a couple places, but I've never been to them.

I've heard good things about them too, I've been looking for ways to help clean their teeth w/o brushing (Cyrus and Patches like to demonstrate how sharp their clawsies are). From the reviews, the Wysong treats seemed to be a good thing to try.

Looks like I have the choice of Zionsville or Broadripple. From where I live on the NW side, Zionsville would be easier to get to... Wish there was a closer place! Wonder if I could talk the fine folks at Wipe Your Pawz (much closer) to carry some of their stuff??

It probably depends on who the distributor is. I know some stores have issues with certain distributors, but good luck!

Shawn at Wipe Your Pawz is always open to suggestions. He can usually get just about anything. He's so nice and I love going in there. We buy our dog food there and other goodies too. Just ask him, he might be able to get it for you.

I get my cat's food there, which is why I was hoping he could get some of the dental treats so I could do "one stop shopping" instead of driving all over town or paying huge shipping costs when ordering it online (also supports the local small-shop owner).
