My family is leaving me

For a week, so they say. They are struggling to come up with someone to watch me. My mom's sister was going to keep me, and still would, but she would have to crate me during the day while she is at work. I am still battling my separation anxiety and can't tolerate being crated yet. My neck is still recovering from the herniated disk surgery.

So, I come to you all for help. I need someone who knows someone who is great who in home dog sits and would stay with me most of the time (I can only tolerate being home alone for about 4 hours a day). Or someone who might want an in home playmate for a week. They tell me August 6-12th is when they will be gone. Can anyone help??

I would suggest calling your vet's office to see if any of the assistants do petsitting. That's where I found my petsitter when I lived in Merrillville. She was awesome.

Oh poor Sammy. If you could stay in your crate, you could come hang out with us for the week. We all stay in our crates during the day for our safety and sanity(Chase would look out the window and bark all day otherwise). The puppies got to stay in an X pen but that's because there were two of them. We still have to get together and have our play date sometime soon!
