Shelter dogs relased in the forest

PWDMOM on Activities - Wed, June 18 2008

I can't believe this. How stupid can people be? They let them loose only to danger of them getting HBC or mauled by coyotes.

What is this mayor thinking. He obviously does not know much about domestic animals.

I totally agree. Its not like they are wild animals and can defend for themselves.

With all the idiocy, I'm sometimes embarrassed to be human. "Homo Sapien" means "thinking man" right? Clearly a misnomer in this case.

What a moron! I bet he's a great mayor. What a dumb@$$! I hope he doesn't get re-elected.

"In the code, it is illegal to release animals, livestock or abandoned personal property on national forest land," Tracy Farley said. This is a quote from a spokeswoman from the U.S. Forest Service. Basically, the mayor just admitted the city street director broke the law, and he condones his illegal actions. At least one of them should be prosecuted, fined, something. If an average citizen dumped their dog, they would be. This is no different.

So...how do we turn them in "officially".
