Thank you for the feedback, everyone. Glad to hear there has been some improvement.
We made some changes to the way the login system works, and also improved the way our servers distribute high loads (part of the reason many people were getting 500 errors was the IndyPaws server was getting overloaded).
If anyone continues to experience these issues, please email me (matthew.rogers@indystar.com) with as many details as possible and we'll try to get to the bottom of it.
