WHO PUT THAT THERE

SPENSER on Activities - Fri, May 23 2008

Well guys heres what happened, last night or this morning really I am out with dad taking my 1am dump and about half way threw the job I see it. Over behind the shrub in the flower bed is what I think is a weapon of mass destruction that the Bushy Tailed Rodents[squirrels] have retained to do harm to the neighbor hood, well I forget about what I out there for and go on a hard charge to get it before it gets me or dad, well any way right threw the flowers I go and low and behold when I get there I find that It is just a hose reel and I am thinking who put that there? Now dad says that I am on my own with Mom when she sees 2 of her flowers are removed from the bed. Whats a guy to do?

Uh Oh Spense...mom's love their flowers. I tried peeing on one of mom's potted plants, she didn't like it much. Anyway, here's what you do. Go get two sticks and prop the flowers up w/ them...maybe your mom won't notice...

I would just tell your mom that you were trying to protect your dad and the flowers we collateral damage.

Gather them up in your mouth and present them to her for being the world's most greatest forgiving Mama. Do the sad dog face. It'll work!

Your Dad should have your back since you were protecting him.

Mom doesn't plant anything in the back yard. She has hostas back there, but even with 11 of us dogs peeing on the same one last Saturday, it hasn't phased it.

Hostas are pretty dog-proof, thank Dog.

I love to sniff and dig under the hostas. No damage, but I get dirty and Mom really loves the mud and dirt against my blond hair.

Mom said the reason she planted hostas is because the nursery guy said "ya can't kill these things"...even when she mentioned her black-thumb, he said they'd do fine.
