Frankensquirrel

Madison♄ on Activities - Wed, May 21 2008

The very first toy I ever received was my squeaky squirrel. After all the rough and tumble play I give him, he doesn't squeak anymore.

I have also torn him open several times and ripped out some of his fluffy white guts.

To date, mom has sutured squeaky squirrel shut in five different places.

All of my other plushies are still shut up in a cupboard because mom hasn't gotten a chance to fix them too, yet.

What would I do with out my squeaky squirrel?

You still have an old toy? I'm impressed! We completely shred stuffed animals in less than 4 hours! Between the two of us, there's never anything left to stich back together.

Maddy, your squirrel is offically Road Kill. That's what Grandma calls all our stuffed animals with no stuffin' Ojo still has her first toy - Snowman. He no longer has a hat.. or scarf... or eyes.. or a nose thanks to me but it's still her Snowman.

Poor Maddie, hopefully your mom can sew your squirrel back together again.

i dont have my very first toy, but mom has sewn up my pink monster ball, it has five or six holes that were patched, the squeeker doesnt work in it and hes now indented, i still love him though. my white stuffed dog, mom had to try really hard to sew his head back on, hes missing an ear and both his eyes and his tongue well mom said it looks like it went through the meat grinder. mom is however hidding my hedgehog, its the only viable squeeker in the apartment. she hasnt fixed him yet. mom said that shes bored at work sometimes, your mom should just ship your toys to her and theyll be done same day service :)

Remember, soldier, it's just practice for the real squirrel.

Penelope still has her very first toy, a squeaky monkey. I have re-filled it and stitched it up many, many times. It now sits very high on a shelf in a room they can't get into. I didn't want to throw it away since it was her first. So we have a frankenmonkey! But it's pronounced Fronkenmonkey! :)

Haha! A while back when the Pope was here, they showed him on the news speaking to a big ol crowd. His voice sounded so familiar and finally it dawned on me, he sounds just like Frau Blucher!! Yes! Yes!!
