And boy is she a cutie!
We had a nice week dog-sitting Peyton from Wags. He's available for adoption, too! SUCH a sweetheart. (http://www.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=9953777)
He and Charlie got along great, I was so proud of Charlie.
ANYWAY! Josh and I are fostering this beautiful little pittie. We named her Olivia. She is about ten months old. In my other post on my other "dreya" account :) I said she was fawn, but she's not really. She's in between fawn and grey, just beautiful. I put up a profile for her and put up some pictures. I will get more soon.
Heather, the girl that was keeping her in her tiny apartment with two other 85 lb. dogs and four cats, said that FIDO is going to pay for her spay and vacs. We want to do that as soon as possible.
She gets along splendidly with Charlie and Penelope. We brought Penelope outside when we first brought Olivia home so she could have first sniffs. Penelope was sort of aggressive with the sniffing and Olivia was so polite about it, letting PNell sniff her heart out. Olivia laid on her back and was like, "well, have at it." Then we brought her inside with Charlie and Dorothy who were still in their crates. We let Charlie out first to get his sniffs, then Dorothy. They played hardcore for two hours.
Dorothy and Olivia play together too, but sometimes Dorothy is over it and Olivia wants to keep going. Then, Dorothy starts her raspy little dog growl. Olivia looks at her like "what? what's the problem?" I just redirect their attention and they go on about their business.
She is currently passed out underneath the chair I'm sitting in. So sweet.
Check out her pictures when you have time, she is a doll.
