Anyone having trouble signing in?

Terrie (the person I've been training) has been trying to post here for a few days, and has not been able to get signed in. She has clicked on the "contact us" thing a few times to report the problem, but no one is even responding back, and she cannot sign on!!! Anyone else having this problem? She has also tried to click on "send new password", and it gives her nothing. I am just imagining how many other people are having this problem and don't know anyone to ask off the site, who just give up.

Um, no I'm able to login. Has she tried deleting the cookies? Have her try this...: Go to "Tools" in your internet browser. Click "Internet Options...". Then click on "Delete Cookies" and it does take a minute to do. Maybe it's been a while since she's been on and it's giving her all this crap LOL.

I haven't had any trouble, but it seems I no longer have to logon on my home computer which is a wonderful thing.

Same here, this has been how it is for me since the last upgrade. Its great!
