Petition girl rises again!

Hooray! I'm back for another petition! Ok since I would feel kinda selfish doing it all myself...maybe you guys want to give suggestions?!? I'm not really sure who I'd send it to; and I also need to know what to include fact-wise. I think I'm going to make it on a website (www.petitiononline.com) this time so I can send them a link...and it will be easier to sign.
