I'm a nervous piddler....

Maggie-Jameson* on My Blog - Wed, April 16 2008

Mom said I should ask my IP friends for suggestions on overcoming the nervous piddles! She said she's going to take me to a training class as soon as I heal from my surgery and she's getting me and Riggs passes to the bark park. Anyhow, no matter what I always nervous piddle. Has anybody else had this problem? I need piddle cessation....

Mom says you're so cute, she'd let you piddle anytime. Um, mom? I'm cute and I get in trouble if I piddle!

Oh Mannnn, don't encourage her! Every time she nerves piddles I have to run away and hide! I swear they spoil her rotten and she still gets the piddles? I think she'll grow out of it.

Kirby, don't listen to Riggs, he's being a typical brudder. Tell your mom thanks, I can appreciate someone who will embraces my piddles....

You will probably grow out of it. The more your learn and get comfortable with the less you will piddle. Till then, piddle away. Sometimes, our nerves can get the best of us.

Poor baby. How old is your dog? It's not urinary incontinence is it?

She's 7 months old. The vet said physically she is fine. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the fact that we brought her home in December and with the crappy weather we've had she's not had near enough socialization. Training classes and lots and lots of socializing are in her future. She does it when she gets excited or when she gets scared. Its a pain but she'll grow out of it, I hope!
