I Tried to Fly!

When Dad came home I was all excited to see him. I was sitting in his chair and Lucky was standing in front of it. So I tried to jump over Lucky (he's a big dog) from the chair, Lucky moved and caused me to fall over him. I hit the floor hard, and went rolling. I hit the water bowl, and got my foot stuck in the cats tunnel. I made a big boom. Everybody came running in there thinking it was Lucky that fell getting up, but nope, it was me. I got laughed at and mom said at first she thought I got hurt with the way I landed, I'm okay though, maybe a little embarrassed.

Whoops. Good to know you didn't injure yourself! I get yelled at when I fly off the arm of the couch or worse, when I fly at full speed off the back of the couch where I like to overlook my kingdom.

Do you mean, you really can not fly?? You are so cute, I thought you could do everything. I am glad you are okay. I think I may be falling in love with the little pink thing. HELP!

Nope, I can't fly. Tried it and didn't work out to well. Thank you for saying I look cute, I think you look cute too.

We Jackie's get in trouble for the same thing, Maggie. Mom said we're going to get arthritis before our time if we're not careful

My favorite thing is to take a run and leap off the end of the couch into Mom's arms. That's kind of like flying but with a guaranteed catch at the end (Mom never drops me)
