What do you like getting into?

Seth on Activities - Mon, April 07 2008

We as kitties love getting into boxes, tubs, compartments, etc. So, all cats...what is your favorite 'thing' to get into?

I personally enjoy a good laundry basket. Cardboard boxes are also fun, but sometimes the lids close and that scares me! I like bags too if you couldn't tell from my picture. I wonder why we love getting into stuff so much. What's the appeal?!

DIRT! Momma does all her seed planting and repotting on the kitchen table. SHe tries to keep everything clean by putting newspaper down and everything but I always find away to get into her dirt and get it all ove rhte kitchen.

Man I love dirt, wish I could get outside to scratch around in some but it is forbidden so she pays the price by cleaning up after my romp in her potting soil!

I love to shred boxes - any size. I've taken on the little pop case boxes all the way up to Daddy's large screen TV box. Doesn't matter to me - a box is a box. I put my ball in them and spin them around then stand on them and shred them. Wahoo!! What fun!

Me and Callie like to get into closets. Anything that we can hide in we like it.

Trash cans! I love to play with used kleenex for some reason. Foster mom says it's GROSS and now has a can with a lid where I stay.

Murphy likes to get into the grocery bags. Mom and Dad bring in the groceries and set them on the counter and Murphy is nosing around in what they bought. I like to get into the kitty adobe. I like to hide in it and jump out at Mom, Dad and Murphy when they come up the stairs.

Speaking for all of the kitties in my family, we agreed on paper grocery bags. Mom puts them out for us to play in after the food is out. Let the fun begin!

All of us in my family likes paper bags too. But we don't get them very much because our store just has plastic and mom says we can't play in those. I like to hide in them, it isn't fun any more when someone gets one top of the back when I'm in it and smashes me in it.
