Crazy Kitty

Keesha on Behavior - Tue, April 01 2008

I just want to share this story with all of you. You may enjoy and then start to understand how odd my animals are. My kitty Chelsea is sooo mean. She only loves me, my husband (who she used to hate) and our 5 year old daughter. She hates the dog, anyone who comes in contact with her even if you feed her. She will sit in our neighbors yards and garages and if they try to get rid of her, she will stand up and growl at them. Yes, I said growl. I think she was bred for dog fights. Anyways, I think that she caught a bird yesterday. SHE DOES NOT HAVE CLAWS. I think that she is capable of catching a bird even though, she is severly overweight and declawed. She scares everyone. I joke that she is so tuff that she may have a tattoo under her fur that says MOM..I can't keep her in and she loves to be out, but my neighbor is trying to sell her house and the cat is so mean that I think she is going to effect the sale. She thinks that the neighbors front yard is for her! She is an angel with us but not with anyone outside of the 3 of us. SHe fell asleep on the floor one day and my sister pet her and when the cat rolled to look at who she thought was me, all hell broke lose. If I walk down the street she will follow me and when my husband and I do yard work she sticks right next us. She looks like a great cat but she is nuts. I am afraid that this may worsen with age. Her mom "satin" was nutso too. Have you ever heard of such a crazy cat? SHe makes for good converstion. My last cat played fetch. I think that I am destined for odd animals. I like when they have character just not when they are posessed. :o)

Ha! Chelsea sounds like our Sweetie! She's a very particular puss! Poor Chelsea needs to stay inside! Especially with no claws to protect her. She could get hurt badly, or worse. O.C. tries to get outside every time a door opens, but it's just not safe out there.
