Transport Update

My first transport went really good. I think my inexperience showed. You could tell these people have been doing it for along time. My favorite Clancy (my avatar) was the sweetest dog I have ever met. He and Jupiter shared the back seat and every time his tail or something touched Jupiter she would snarl at him. So he slept sitting up with his nose resting on the back of my seat right by my ear. I did learn one thing. You can’t choose a dog by looking at a picture. I had 2 collie puppies and a golden baby I thought would be my weakness not the 50# basset mix Clancy & the 40# German Shepard mix Jupiter both a year old. Both had been at the shelter for along time but their pet finder pictures weren’t very good. I could go on, but I’ll just tell you it was great to help these dogs.
