Jail

Mookie and Binx on My Blog - Fri, June 08 2007

Mom puts us in jail (kitchen) every day when she goes to work just because we had a couple of accidents on the carpet. What does she expect? She's gone freakin FOREVER!! We love her to pieces but she's so unfair sometimes. The cats get to go WHEREVER they want. Just not fair:0(

Yeah well, if you could jump on the counter and pounce into another room, you would, right?

You guys are lucky that you get the whole kitchen. We have doggy jail crates that we stay in while the parents are at work. I bet if we didn't have that stinky foster sissy who chews they would probably let us stay out(although they never did before her....) We always get treats when we go to jail and we have warm fuzzy blankets and mom turns the TV on for us so I guess it's not too bad. She says it's for our own good and it keeps us safe. Dogs rule-cats drool!

Same thing here, Mookie! I don't get it!! The cats tease us...we can see them through the gate. They strut around and wiggle their butts in our faces through the fence. And mom thinks that they stay upstairs and sleep all day....Hmmmmph!

We happen to have the same issue at our house, only ours is at night. Mom and dad put up the gate to keep us in their room. We have been known to sneak downstairs and pee or poop without asking to go out. We only did this so as not to disturb their slumber. The CATS however get to run and play all night wherever they want! I agree, it's not fair.

We get put in jail (kitchen) too, but it's not b/c we have accidents. Dad thinks we shed too much and doesn't want us sleeping on the couch during the day. I hate it when they're gone all day. Yeah, I have my brother, but I'd SO much rather be outside laying in the grass.

I'm SOOOO glad we don't have cats. Mom's allergic so that will never be a problem, but it would be really hard if they were running free when we were locked up.

You guys in the kitchen need to do what I did once. I chewed right through a baby gate when my mama had us penned up in the kitchen. I only chewed a hole big enough for me to get loose, but I got loose. Teddy didn't realize he could get out through the same hole, so he stayed int he kitchen. He didn't get in trouble, but I did. Mom said something about taking money out of my "ball allowance" to buy a new gate. WHATever!
