My Story

Cindy Lu on My Blog - Sat, March 22 2008

This is my story.

When I was three weeks old my sister, Tiffany was feeding my mom and my aunt. Then one day, Tiff heard a cat crying so she looked out of my mom's bedroom window and saw a kitten in the street (she's my sister). Then she took off out of the house and ran down the steps and scared the kitten onto the sidewalk. After picking her up and wrapping her in her sweater she took her in.

A hour later, mom looked out the door window and saw me across the street in a yard running after my mom. So then my mom and Tiff went back out and across the street and into the yard. The people who lived there left all of us. After getting me out from under a truck they both took me in. And put me in with who is now my sister.

Tiff's sister made a big deal out of it saying they stole me. But how could they have stole me when I was abandoned?

The kitten was a week older than me so they gave us the same birthday. Thinking that we wasn't going to live, they kept us and tried nursing us back to health. And we lived.

Now they both are saying it was a good thing that we both lived, but they never want to do it again, because how hard it was. We were the first kittens they raised without mothers, so they were our mother. We were both really sick and we didn't have a chance if we were left outside. Both of our other litter mates died, they never found them.

Now one year later, both of our mothers are spayed and are in the house. Even though my sister and I don't know who they are anymore.
