Congrats on the new car. I am sure you and all the pups at your house will enjoy it just as much as your mom!! My momma got a new car a while back and she is amazed that I haven't made any messes in it yet!!

Oh yeah...Civics are awesome. Mom said she "had to have a hatchback" for our crates to fit (she hates sticking crates on backseats...it's hard to get to them) so she went with the Fit. This doesn't get quite as good as the Civic in gas mileage, but it's pretty darn close!

hmm...makes me remember my first car. It was a 1984 Ford Escort and it had a hatchback. Oh what memories that hatchback contained! Nothing I can report here on IP.

Dad had to trade his Ford F150 4x4 in last year. He was tossing between a new Honda Fit and a Mazda 3. He ended up going with the Mazda 3, but of course it had to be a hackback. Amazingly enough we just found out 2, 100 plus pound dogs can fit in his car.lol Dad went from spending $150/week in gas to $40/week. He LOVES his little Mazda.
