Where's the canned food?!

Oreo on Nutrition - Tue, March 18 2008

I don't get this. For two days we got this awesome canned food. (refer back to "Almost starved to death" post) Today all three of us felines were up on the counter ready for our treat and mom says, "I'm sorry babies, that was just because we were out of your kibble." WHAT?! Are you stinkin' kidding me?! It's gone?! *sigh* WHY do moms DO this to us? I'm going to therapy.

Life is unfair like that, Oreo. Mom got lots of canned dog food when Francie Pants first came to live with us and I got to eat it too. But now it's gone and Mom says no more because Francie is eating the kibble very well now. Um, what about me? I like that canned food!!

My dad is a therapist, and he understands what kitties need. He always gives us a spoonful of canned food in the morning and one at night. I think you need to send your mom to see my dad so he can tell her how therapeutic it is for us kitties.

She was teasing you with the canned food?!! How could she?!! Maybe you will get it every once in a while as a treat. We get the Wellness or Nutro pouches on Sunday...it's our Sunday brunch!

We'll be sending our mom to your dad asap. She has no idea what she's doing to us. She needs to understand. I'll have to talk to her about getting cans for treats or Sunday brunch.
