Indy Star adds Indypaws to paper

Dee on Shopping - Thu, March 13 2008

Look for exciting changes to the indypaws page in Monday's paper!
The in-paper portion is not going away, and will actually be enlarged.
More adoptable pets will be featured too.

Cool! We noticed this past Monday that it was back in the paper with some changes. There was no "Pet Talk" :( but there were four pets instead of two pets in the "Adopt a Pet" section which was awesome.

We were glad to see it back in there, thank you!! I was sad that there was no "pet Talk" though... That's my favorite part!

Yes, I noticed it was back. I also noticed that Delilah, the Great Dane, was listed as a new pet. I think she's been on here for the better part of a year. So there are still some kinks, but I am glad to see it back!

I noticed that about Delilah too! Also, I could have swore that I saw that bulldog, Tucker Bear Williams on here a while back.

I love seeing the pictures and the comments. I hope they will put in information on free and reduced cost spay and neuter and try to help people understand where unwanted pets come from. Before she joined Indypaws my Mama had no idea there were such services or places where shots and pet supplies could be obtained at reduced price. This important information is not as well known as we think. Also profiles of what the breeds are like might help. First time pet owners often jump in, knowing nothing about the breed they adopt.

Excellent ideas!
