Doggone Connection is a great group of behaviorist/trainers. They have classes on the NW and NE side of town. You just need to be upfront with them about what is going on so they can best help you. I know some people on this site have had problems with dog aggression and were very happy with the training they received. We take our fosters and some of our permanent dogs there and have been very happy. They are there to work with the problems you are having, not to follow a schedule(week 1=sit, week 2=down, etc) Mention you saw their ad on this site and get a discount!
There are lots and lots of good trainers either associated with this site or who have been used by members. Check out www.caninesinaction.com or the services offered at Bark Tudor.
But, another option is just seperating the dogs. We have three dogs all in the house and none of them are out at the same time as none of them get along. While it can be a pain in the butt, it is very doable.
Brad Phifer at Bark Tutor does a lot of this stuff. He's located in Broadripple if that's close to you and does private in home lessons all the time.
I know a lot of people that have separate "packs" and I personally cannot live like that so I completely understand your need for the dogs to get along...doesn't help that the other is an english bulldog--they have got to be the most stubborn dog on the face of the earth.

I have found Dog Gone Connection to be very helpful with Charlie and feel the prices are very reasonable. Their website is www.doggoneconnection.com. Good luck!
