stitches out!

Trixie on Health - Mon, March 10 2008

well, trixie got her stitches out today. i had the bright idea to take them out myself (which i've done a million times on my animals or clients animals)i ended up calling my sister to come over, to come hold, LOL. miss trixie was NOT happy!! (sorry boomer!) she did that loud cat scream thing, but we weren't hurting her, LOL. she just does not like being held against her will. but we won, stitches are OUT! saved me a trip to the vet, and having to hear her scream all the way there! ;o)

(Sigh of relief) I am so glad that you are back to normal. I know how stitches are so confining. As for the loud cat scream, you had every right to yell. I would too. A cat being held against his/her will is inhumane and cruel. I might just have to call the authorities. I'm glad you are alright. I'm sending a lot of hugs and kisses your way! Go play and celebrate, you deserve it!

My mama took my stitches out too, but I was a really, really good girl. That's been a lot of years ago. I'm still a good girl, though.

Now you're ready to play with everyone! No stitches to get caught.

Glad to hear you got your stitches out. I tried taking mine out before they were ready to come out. It didn't turn out to well.

We're glad Trixie got her stitches out and didn't even have to leave the house! :) I've taken my own out a few times, but never one of my pets - too much of a wimp!
