Since Kirby got to do all of the birthday postings yesterday, I'M taking charge today.

Let's see...um, well, our party didn't get underway until about 2pm. No big deal, I just napped. While I was outside patroling the yard for squirrles and birds (ya, on my birthday I have to work!)Kirby got sung to and had his birthday treat. Mom siad this is so I wouldn't act like a butt and snarl and stuff. Ppffftt. Whatever.

Later on in evening, I was sung to and given MY treat while Lola and Kirby were outside and I ate every last crumb. Mom sat on the floor with me and pointed out all of the crumblies. I got them all.

We got lots of extra hugs and kisses. I really tried to behave and not snarl at anybody, but that's part of my day, it's who I am, ya know?

I got some special snuggles from dad this morning in bed and on the couch. He's leaving today to go out of town and I just wanted to let him know that I'll hold down the fort while he's gone. He'll be back Sunday morning. I'm the man of the house for a few days. Kirby thinks he is, but he can't hear anything! I'll just humor him and let him THINK he's in charge.

So overall, we had a nice quite birthday with some really good nummies. Thanks to everyone for all of the awesome birthday wishes. It's great to have so many friends!
