LOL!!!! back in 2000, i had all my hair cut off, it was down past the middle of my back. last year i decided to grow it back, i was tired of looking like a fat boy, LOL! i was going to give my hair to locks of love, but i just couldn't part with it. it's in a box, with some other memorabilia, and it STILL smells like my shampoo i had used!!! (bath and body works juniper breeze!) it's in a braid, and it looks like a horses tail. hannah, sorry your belly is cold, LOL, we used to groom a persian years ago that got his fat widdle tummy shaved, too! he always got mad and peed in the tub when he was done, LOL!

Mama said that was a good thing your mom did with her hair. The charity for balding cats is a great idea. My grammy's cat was allergic to fleas and flea meds and his hair fell out...he would have loved a full cat hair coat.

Wow, shaved tummy, huh? And in the middle of winter?! That's wrong. Your mom must be oblivious to the cold since her groomer did the same thing to her. Did she ask YOU about the tummy thing? Probabaly not. My human sis was going to donate her hair to Locks of Love, too but her hair was too chlorine damaged! She's a swimmer. They wouldn't take it, so she kept it long!!
