Dad thinks he might have seen Teq. Sat. night at 11:25 crossing over the off ramp at 465 & pendleton pike with a friend of shepherd mix looks of it. they where heading east towards post. the Teq. look a like did have a collor on but he couldn't stop because of traffic at the time and when he was able to turn around to check closer they where gone.
