May I be the first to offer you all a very happy Tuxedo Tuesday, the first one of 53 in 2008. That's right, we get an extra one this year. I'm having a Scotch and cigar on the balcony as we speak, dictating this to my secretary to be shared with my following, although it's a bit nipply outside.
