I need a Christmas miracle

Yesterday, Zoey and I were supposed to go for our Christmas bath and grooming before we stay with Grandma for a few days. Unfortunately, my eye flared up in the morning and we had to drop Zoey off at the groomer's and then rush up to Purdue. Same thing: my feline herpes is flaring up and we got our drugs and went home. I had a reaction to the drug they gave me last evening, so mom has to hold me down and rinse my eye out while talking to the ophthalmologist on the phone trying to figure out what to do. I seem to be very sensitive to any drug that would help me. The ophthalmologist and mom have looked into every alternative form of medicine and there are no proven options that will help. Surgically removing the eye and surrounding tissue is not an option because the virus is in my nervous system. Mom is feeling like we're running out of options for treatment and paying over $500/month for vet/ophthalmologists is beginning to hurt mom's budget.

Mom says I need a Christmas miracle. I need this virus to disappear from my body and be gone for good! Please include this wish in your notes to Santa Paws and in your prayers. I love all of you, send kitty kisses and hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your families.
