Bench Trial for Puppy Stabbing

This is from IPC! I hope everyone on here, bully owner or not will make sure they come out and show everyone this is never going to be acceptable! As you may remember, a year ago next month, a pit bull puppy was
found
stabbed and bleeding in a Greenwood apt complex. The little dog had
been stabbed multiple times and left for dead behind a dumpster.
Some
very kind people found her and then contacted Indy Pit Crew for
help.
To make a long story short, the guy who allegedly stabbed the dog
was
caught and is currently serving three years in Marion County DOC for
domestic violence charges stemming from what he did to his wife the
same night he stabbed the dog.

John Wayne Hornaday will be going before a judge on Dec 11 for a
BENCH
TRIAL. He has waved his right to a jury trial as his lawyer advised
him that he would be put away for the maximum sentence if this case
went before a jury.

animal abusers to be held accountable for their actions!!

welfare advocate. We will need to remain orderly and respectful but
our attire can do the speaking for us.

We can work out carpooling and ride-sharing if needed.
